On Saturday, October 29, 2022, North American University and the Bright Choice Foundation held a Leadership Convention focused on Emotional Intelligence for college students.
The convention was attended by students from various colleges and universities who were interested in learning about Emotional Intelligence and how it can be applied to leadership roles. The convention featured a series of presentations and workshops on various topics related to Emotional Intelligence, including Self-Awareness, Empathy, Organizational Awareness, Inspirational Leadership, Conflict Management, and Teamwork.
The convention was led by Dr. Linda Hart, Assistant Professor at North American University, who is an expert in Emotional Intelligence and its application in leadership roles. The convention began with an opening keynote by Dr. Hart, who emphasized the importance of Emotional Intelligence in leadership roles and how it can help individuals become more effective leaders.
Following the keynote, participants attended a series of workshops on various topics related to Emotional Intelligence. These workshops were led by experts in their respective fields and provided participants with hands-on experience in applying Emotional Intelligence in different contexts.
